Peel off one side of the paper liner exposing the adhesive. Firmly hand-press the sticky side to the cup.

Remove remaining paper liner. Position the cups inside your clothing, firmly hand-press the cups into place and enjoy your fabulous new look!

Cups and adhesives can be trimmed if needed.

Cup Care: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, do not wring or twist cups, air dry, no bleach. Store cups (with exposed tapes) in enclosed ziptop bag.

To remove old adhesive tapes from cup, simply soak the cup in warm water and peel off. Let cup dry completely and apply new adhesive tapes

SET IRON ON LOWEST SETTING. Determine the shape and placement of the cups. Trim cups if necessary. Peel off one side of the paper liner, exposing the iron-in adhesive. Firmly hand-press the sticky adhesive to the cup, or if necessary, lightly tap with cool iron. Trim off excess if needed.

Remove the remaining paper liner to expose the clear, sticky adhesive. Position the cups inside your garment. Iron directly onto the fabric allowing the heat to penetrate the fabric and melt the iron-in adhesive. Let cool and enjoy your fabulous new look!
